Media Shipping Instructions
|
  Please print out and complete the
form, sign it and send it to us with your
hard drives or DVD's from which you
need the accounts loaded.
PLEASE CUT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS LABEL AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SHIPPING FORM AND STICK IT ON YOUR PACKAGE.
Media Packaging Instructions:
As a general rule, handle a hard disk as you would handle an egg.
Use the original shipping materials, if you still have them. If you do not have them, they are relatively easy
to replicate:
- Wrap media (i.e. hard disk) in an anti-static bag, tinfoil or simply
kitchen aluminum foil to prevent electrostatic discharge (ESD).
- Use a box that is at least twice the size of the media so that the
media can be suspended in the middle of the box. We recommend a minimum of two inches of insulation all around
for a 2 lb drive.
- Pack securely
with foam, bubble wrap, or creased newspaper so the media
will not move from the middle of the box. Avoid using peanuts as contents will settle to the bottom of the box.
DO NOT SEND YOU HARD DRIVE IN JIFFY BAGS.
- Make sure it is clearly labeled as
FRAGILE and don't forget to include the completed and signed media
shipping form.

Once the package has been shipped please send an email to support@BIPmedia.com along with your reseller site ID and include the package tracking number so that we can pre-book your hard drive upload request.
